We will provide a building energy performance certificate
– Pursuant to Act No. 318/2012 Coll., On energy management according to later regulations § 12 paragraph 2b, the owner of the property or the association of unit owners is obliged to provide the buyer with an energy label proving the energy performance of the building. Compliance with these requirements is evidenced by the building’s energy performance certificate
– The owner of the property is obliged to have a certificate of energy performance of the building prepared in the case of transfer or lease of the building or apartment. This card must be attached when advertising the property for sale
– In the case of flats, it is possible to replace the building’s energy performance certificate with energy bills (heat, gas, electricity) for the last 3 years
– Our real estate agency can provide you with a certificate of energy performance of the building from energy experts
Expert opinion
– We will provide you with the preparation of an expert opinion necessary to assess the value of the property, which you will then use to create a tax return for the acquisition of real estate, which must be paid after the sale
Cleaning services
– we provide cleaning services for households and companies as well as regular cleaning services for apartment buildings
Clearing and moving
– we will arrange for you to clear houses and flats with possible waste disposal, as well as moving services in the entire Zlín Region
Waste collection and disposal
– we take away and dispose of waste that may arise during the reconstruction, during the sale of the apartment to the original owner
