  – flats and apartments in the town of Karolinka in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area in the immediate vicinity of the ski area (250 meters) and the cycle path (150 meters) near Velké Karlovice. The project of transforming the current sawmill complex into a very modern complex – a mountain resort at a high level with alpine quality.
