In addition to real estate services, we also offer complete or only partial reconstruction of apartments, reconstruction of bathrooms and reconstruction of apartment cores. These renovations are done by our company, so we don’t resell orders. This results in a very good price for the end customer. We carry out reconstructions in the Zlín Region – Zlín, Otrokovice, Uherské Hradiště, Uherský Brod, Kroměříž and the surrounding area.

We have divided our reconstruction services into 3 categories:

• Reconstruction of flats. Complete reconstruction of the flat according to your ideas, including dismantling and demolition work, debris removal, securing and installation of new windows, lining and lining of the new core (bathroom and toilet) + delivery and installation of fixtures , also new distribution of water, waste, electricity (completely throughout the apartment), gas, new plaster, plasterboard, lighting, new floors, doors, painting and of course a careful final cleaning. These complete, general reconstructions take place in about 2 months. We are also able to provide quality temporary accommodation near your residence.
• Reconstruction of the housing core. We try to carry out the reconstruction of the housing cores as soon as possible so that the apartment can be lived in soon, or if one lives in it, so that the restrictions are as short as possible and limit as little as possible. />
  – Process: dismantling and demolition work, removal of waste and debris, lining of the new core (bathroom and toilet), new distribution of water, waste, electricity and gas, as well as lining according to customer requirements + delivery and installation of fixtures. Thorough final cleaning is a matter of course.
• Bathroom remodeling. We’ll remodel your bathroom as you wish. Including wiring, tiling, delivery of washing machine, dryer, new bath or washbasin, etc. In the end, we will clean everything thoroughly.

How the apartment is being renovated

Contact us first. We’ll promptly charge you and meet with you for free . After consultation and advice comes the reconstruction itself.

• We will demolish what is needed (housing core, partitions, floors, etc.), we will ensure the removal and disposal of waste.
• Construction of a new core , wiring, water, heating and gas distribution, tiling, plasterboard, etc. follows.
• The next step is the new plaster and repainting of the apartment .
• After painting, it’s time to assemble electricity (lights, sockets, switches, etc.) and bathroom fixtures (installation of baths, showers and furniture, kitchen units, etc.)
• Further installation of a new floor , delivery and installation of interior and entrance doors.
• We also care about the careful final cleaning that underlines our work and you have a new and clean apartment at your disposal.
